    Our design team has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience in mold design. More than 20% of the designers have more than 20 years of design experience. 50% have more than 10 years of design experience, and 20% have more than 5 years of design experience. Familiar with international design software and simulation analysis software. The team is full of innovative spirit and dares to challenge demanding, complex and pioneering mold structures.   • Pre-analysis

    DFM analysis Perform feasibility analysis of customer products through experience analysis and software simulation. Communicate with customers on information including gate location, basic mold structure, parting line, cooling distribution, surface requirements and product details. Optimize the possible problems in the mold production process in advance.

  • CAE Analysis

    Use CAE analysis software to analyze 20 simulation data including flow, pressure, warpage and cooling. According to the analysis results, the mold design is optimized. 20 different analyses, such as melt flow, pressure, warpage, cooling effect could be accomplished within 2 weeks, based on Moldflow 2012.

  • Final design review

    Before the mold is processed, cross-departmental mold review is conducted. Involving design structure review, processing technology, assembly feasibility and mold trial technology, etc., to avoid foreseeable problems in the later production, manufacturing, and mold trials of the mold.
